We’re more than a league — we’re a community built to empower young athletes. By bringing together competitors ages 17 and under, we create an arena where passion meets perseverance and hard work takes center stage.
Whether representing a gym or competing independently, our athletes step onto the course ready to challenge themselves, support one another, and elevate their performance in a competitive environment designed just for them.

We've built a league that reflects the versatility of its athletes —
and our competitions do the same.
Each event includes three distinct courses:

Skill – precision, control, and technical mastery

Speed – efficiency, power, and race-against-the-clock intensity

Freestyle – creativity, flow, and personal expression
While this three-course structure remains consistent, each hosting gym customizes its layout using available
space and equipment — ensuring every competition feels new, exciting, and uniquely challenging.
Skill Course
Which matters more — precision or speed?
On the Skill Course, athletes must complete a series of challenges one by one. Each skill is evaluated not only on whether it’s completed, but how accurately and efficiently it’s performed.
Every skill is scored on a 0–3 point scale:

0 points – Skill not attempted

1–2 points – Partial completion (based on control, form, or execution)

3 points – Full completion
While athletes are racing the clock, speed alone won’t secure the win. Clean execution and technical accuracy are what separate the top competitors from the rest.

Speed Course
Every second counts.
Athletes race through a custom-designed course, dodging obstacles, hurdling barriers, and striking designated targets in the precise order set by the host gym.
It’s not just about running fast — it’s about thinking fast, reacting faster, and maintaining control under pressure.
Speed creates opportunity. Endurance seals the result. Is your athlete built for both?
Freestyle Course
The crowd favorite.
Freestyle is where athletes put everything on display. This is their moment to showcase the full range of movement they’ve trained — power, creativity, control, and expression. From explosive tricks to seamless transitions, this is where athleticism becomes art.
Athletes are evaluated by trained judges based on the skills presented within their competing level.
Freestyle is scored in three categories:

Parkour – Technical movement, obstacle interaction, and execution, evaluated by level of risk (low, medium, high).

Tricking – Flips, twists, and dynamic skills, also assessed by risk level and execution.

Flow – Creativity, connection of skills, and the smoothness of combinations.
High risk can raise the ceiling — but only if it’s executed with control. This is where strategy meets self-expression. What will your athlete bring to the floor?
