Like all RoyalKey events, this competition is divided into three unique courses, each highlighting different aspects of our sport.
Speed Courses tests raw efficiency and agility. Who can move through the course the fastest?
Style Course showcase creativity and individuality. Athletes express their movement identity with flair and flow.
Skill Courses are a collection of strength, agility, and balance challenges tailored to the area that the host gym focuses on in their training.
